Yes, that’s true. But the biggest problem with Ukraine isn’t that we have sent them money (mostly in the form of lethal weapons) to defend themselves from the modern Axis of Evil . Rather, the problem with Ukraine is their rampant, longstanding, institutionalized corruption which has likely led to pocketing of much of the cash we sent them and reselling of some of the weapons we sent them.
