For PC & Mac users, the various menu trees (in white text above) appear when a mouse hovers over them.  From each main topical menu trunk, several sub-topical menu branches will drop down and many sub-topics are also menu trunks for additional sub-topics, etc.

For smartphone and tablet users, a single Menu appears from an icon in the upper left corner of the screen.  All sub-topics are displayed after the Menu selection.
